Naturopathic Initial Health Assessment (60 mins) | $250
A comprehensive, deep-dive review of your primary health concerns, medical history, lifestyle factors, and current supplement or medication use. This visit includes a thorough analysis of any available blood work or imaging, culminating in a customized initial treatment plan to start your health journey.
Naturopathic Follow-Up Visit (30 mins) | $100
Our standard visit to review your clinical progress, analyze new lab results, and fine-tune your treatment protocol as your body changes. This is also the ideal time to address any new health concerns.
Naturopathic Long Follow-Up Visit (45 mins) | $140
Designed for complex case reviews, patients who prefer extra dedicated time with the doctor, or those who have multiple health updates to discuss. This option is also suggested if it has been more than one year since your last visit (but less than five years) so we can thoroughly reassess your health.
Naturopathic Short Follow-Up Visit (15 mins) | $50
A brief focused check-in reserved for quick protocol tweaks, acute issues, or simple progress reports. Please note: Due to time constraints, acupuncture cannot be accommodated during a short visit.

Initial Acupuncture Assessment & Treatment (45 mins) | $150
A focused intake to discuss your specific physical or internal health goals, followed immediately by your first therapeutic acupuncture treatment.
Standard Acupuncture Follow-Up (30 mins) | $100
Our standard session dedicated entirely to your ongoing acupuncture therapy to support pain relief, stress reduction, or your specific health protocols.
Long Acupuncture Follow-Up (45 mins) | $140
An extended session with more hands-on time, ideal for multi-site treatment protocols or patients who prefer a longer therapeutic rest period.

Complimentary "Meet the Doctor" Consultation (15 mins) | $0

Important Treatment And Billing Notes

  • Insurance & Receipts: Services are billed according to the type of care provided. Naturopathic visits are billed as Naturopathic Services, and Acupuncture visits are billed as Acupuncture Services for extended health insurance purposes.
  • Tax-Exempt Services: There is no HST applied to either Naturopathic or Acupuncture visits.
  • Acupuncture via Naturopathic Care: Acupuncture can be seamlessly integrated into your standard (30 min) or long (45 min) Naturopathic visits and will be billed under your Naturopathic consultation rate, and there is no additional fee if acupuncture is performed. If you would like to include acupuncture in your Naturopathic session, please notify the practitioner at the start of your visit or leave a note in the online booking system so we can allocate your time accordingly.
  • Supplement Policy: Please note that dietary supplements and natural health products will not be prescribed or suggested during dedicated Acupuncture visits. Supplement management is reserved strictly for Naturopathic consultation appointments.

Payment Information

We provide direct billing for the following companies: GreenShield, Sunlife, Manulife/OTIP, Canada Life, Johnson Inc, Cowan, Desjardins, etc. You may need to set up online billing first before we can bill on your behalf.  If we are unable to bill your insurance directly you will be expected to pay for your visit and submit on your own.  We accept cash, Mastercard, Visa and Debit.

Our office strongly encourages you to contact your insurance company prior to your scheduled visit to determine your naturopathic coverage.  It is important to ask your annual amount, amount covered per visit (this is often based on length of treatment); if there is a co-pay and when the coverage renews.

 

Cancellations

We greatly appreciate as much advance notice as possible for cancellations and rescheduling in order to best accommodate our waiting lists.  Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will incur a fee of $40 that won’t be reimbursed by your insurance provider. Extenuating circumstances will always be taken into consideration.
